Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of the training program

ICTC reserves the right to cancel the training program or change its name, location, or advisor to the program up to four working days before the start date of the program. Participants and those registered in the canceled program are entitled to a full refund of the amount they paid to ICTC for the canceled program. In such cases, ICTC will not be responsible for funds paid to cover other training program expenses such as travel, hotel reservations, agency fees, or cancellation fines.

Unregister

Customers who are unable to attend the training program in which they are registered must inform ICTC of their inability to attend in writing at least 7 working days before the start date of the training program. Failure to do so will subject the customer to a no-show fee of 50% of the fees listed for the training program. If the training program is canceled within 48 hours before the start of the program, the customer will be subject to full payment fees for the training program.

Recovery

In case of cancellation of the training program or cancellation of registration by ICTC, the amounts paid will be refunded within 7 working days, using the same method used by the customer for payment (cash, credit card, or bank transfer).

General Terms and Conditions

Customers are responsible for all types of taxes and fees imposed in their countries.
